In accordance with the requirements of the "Clean Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Clean Production Audit Measures", and the "Notice of the Shandong Provincial Ecological Environment Department on Issuing the List of Enterprises Subject to Mandatory Clean Production Audits in Shandong Province in 2024" (Lu Huan Zi [2024] No. 48), our company plans to conduct a clean production audit from April to December 2024. We are now publicly announcing our basic information and main pollutant emission information. We invite the public to supervise our implementation of the clean production audit.

II. Main Pollutant Emission Information
1、Waste Gas
The main factory waste gas includes particulate matter, VOCs, and other characteristic pollutants (benzene, toluene, xylene).
Air pollutant emission standards: Emission Standard for Volatile Organic Compounds Part 5: Surface Coating Industry DB37/2801.5-2018, Regional Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants DB37/2376-2019, Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants GB16297-1996. Specialized waste gas treatment equipment is installed in the workshop to ensure that emissions meet the standards.
2、Wastewater
The main factory wastewater is domestic sewage.
Wastewater discharge standard: GB/T 31962-2015 Standard for Water Quality of Wastewater Discharged into Urban Sewers.
Wastewater mainly comes from domestic water use and is mainly discharged into the municipal sewage treatment plant, having a minimal impact on the surface water environment.
3、Solid Waste
The main factory solid waste includes general industrial solid waste (scrap iron, etc.) and hazardous waste (waste paint residue, waste paint cans, waste filter cotton, etc.).
Hazardous waste is mainly stored in a dedicated hazardous waste warehouse, which is equipped with complete environmental protection equipment. After reaching a certain quantity, it is handed over to a company with the corresponding qualifications for processing.
4、Noise
The main noise sources in the factory area come from the production workshop, air compressor room, etc. After damping, sound insulation, and distance attenuation, the factory boundary noise can meet the limit requirements of the "Emission Standard for Environmental Noise at the Boundary of Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008).
