On December 1st, 8 FHTT series extra-large gantry walking tower cranes independently developed by Shandong Finehope Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. officially set sail from Shanghai to Russia. This batch of tower cranes sets a new record for the single largest batch export of large tower cranes in China, demonstrating the strength of Chinese manufacturing and Chinese creation!
This batch of large tower cranes exported by Shandong Finehope Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. includestwo models: FHTT2000A and FHTT2800A: The FHTT2000A tower crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 60t, a working range of 4m--70m, and a maximum lifting height of 80m; the FHTT2800A tower crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 70t, a working range of 4m--90m, and a maximum lifting height of 78m.
To meet customer needs, the design is benchmarked against advanced domestic and international standards, and all performance parameters exceed international standard requirements. Adopting a number of innovative technologies and advanced processes newly developed by Finehope technology, adding multiple user-friendly designs, and developing safety design technology for tower cranes in special environments; overcomingthe challenges of tower crane operation in extremely cold environments of -40℃, breakthroughs have been made in the design of the entire machine for low-temperature environments and low-temperature welding technology, and a complete machine low-temperature lubrication and maintenance system has been specially developed to ensure the normal operation of the crane in cold regions; a three-dimensional dynamic monitoring anti-collision technology for complex spaces has been designed to effectively ensure the safe operation of the tower crane.
Due to the special structure of the extra-large tower crane, the transportation of components during sea transportation hasthe characteristics of “large, heavy, and numerous”. Finehope technology creatively proposed a special transfer and transportation scheme for half-unit transportation of tower cranes, which revolutionizes the current situation of component transportation during the sea transportation of traditional tower cranes, greatly saving the installation time and workload after arriving at the destination, and setting a precedent for half-unit shipping of large tower cranes.
