Recently, the bridge crane installation project at the Ruyang shield machine repair base, independently developed by the equipment technology company, was completed and passed the on-site acceptance inspection by the local quality supervision bureau. The equipment company's independently developed QE150+75t bridge crane and QD50/10t bridge crane, one of each, are responsible for the lifting and transportation tasks. The QE150t bridge crane features a dual independent trolley mechanism, low machine height, improved plant utilization rate, light overall weight, reasonable load-bearing capacity, and small foundation load, significantly saving costs for the customer.

The Ruyang shield machine repair base project was constructed to meet the maintenance and repair needs of existing shield machines and large equipment. The equipment company's independently developedQE150+75t bridge crane、and QD50/10t bridge crane were used for the lifting and transportation tasks of this project. The QE150t bridge crane features a dual independent trolley mechanism, a maximum lifting height of 18m, a maximum lifting weight of 187.5t, a low overall height (improving factory utilization), a light overall weight, reasonable load-bearing, and small foundation load, saving significant costs for customers. It also features a wide working area, safety and reliability, low failure rate, low daily maintenance workload, stable operation, and convenient operation.
