   Faster wear

During the operation of the crane, the concave and convex parts of the exterior of the part are in conflict with each other, and the metal debris that is ground down, as an abrasive, increases the friction and accelerates the wear of the parts. Therefore, the wear of the components is simply formed during the running-in period, and the wear speed is fast, so it is necessary to pay attention to the usual maintenance.

    Poor lubrication

    Because the cooperation space of the newly installed components is small, and because of the installation and the like, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the cooperation gap, and the lubricating oil is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the conflict surface to resist the wear. Then reduce the lubrication efficiency and form the abnormal wear of the crane parts.

    Loose parts

    In the newly processed and assembled parts, there are variations in the geometric shape and the matching size. In the initial stage of use, it is easy to make due to the alternating load such as impact and vibration, as well as the influence of heat and deformation, and excessive wear. The parts that were originally tightened were loose. Moreover, loose parts can cause leakage phenomena such as oil leakage.
